Overview

My NICE is intended to be a common platform for communication between employer, managers and employees. My Nice is the all-around HR application to connect with the employees. The pertinent features are approving requests, adding and viewing employee details, E-learning portal, Holiday Calendar. The elaborate highlights of My Nice are as follows.

Consolidated Dash Board

Compact and integrated Dashboard showcasing the latest events, tutorial videos along with a side column listing the requests. It also has a notification alert tile mentioning unread reminders. An employee can view only his request, whereas the manager views all the request's status.

Calculate actual productive work days

Week-wise holiday list showing the absent employees in that particular week. Graph generator listing the reason to leave along with an employee-wise holiday calendar. The productivity can be gauged by consolidated calendar and working days of the employees.

Manage employee requests

Configurable set of requests and forms which can be arranged both hierarchically and department wise. Searching an old request and filing a new request is made simpler with the pre-set request types and calendar. The requests section has varied access where an employee viewing only his requests and manager viewing all employees' request status.

Hierarchical access to Users

Varied level of access to the application by users based on their designation. Managers can approve and track all the requests filed by employees. Employees can view the status of their personal requests. My Nice is designed to have A, AA and AAA access module for employees, managers and employer respectively. The level of access is pre-set and can also be updated.

Digitized Employee Directory

Ability to store the employee details in protected server. The Manager can view, add and edit all the details of employees. The listed details include Address, Qualification, Passport details, Allowance among others. The employee information can be updated regularly along with a picture. The retiring or employees leaving the company can be easily removed.

Date-wise Event history

The calendar listing the events, announcement and training schedule in a consolidated portal. It can also be retrospectively viewed for any previous date throughout the year. The calendar is presented with an elaborate product launch and meeting details.

Detailed Employee profile

The employee information is updated section wise as like Personal information, address, Contact details, Education, Leave allowance, Passport restrictions and collected Document details of the employees. The employee can view his personal profile while the manager updates and views the consolidated details of all employees
